Kirsten Carman, President

Meet Julia Passanisi, co-president of the Class of 2023 for the last four years. Julia has not been shy to establish her place at ERHS. As co-captain of the Girls Varsity Volleyball team, overall chairperson for Rock Rivalry, and being involved in numerous clubs and organizations in the school and community, she has exhibited profound leadership skills and has truly made a mark on ERHS. In addition, she prospers within the classroom, having been highly successful academically and she continuously serves as a role model to all the underclassmen who are eager to advocate for themselves and their peers.

Get to know a little more about Julia! Here are some of her responses to questions about her high school career and post-graduation plans:

What people (friends, coaches, teachers, etc.) at ERHS have had the greatest/most positive influence on your life?

“My friend group, Tess, and Gerken.”

What are your plans following high school?

“I plan to go to school to become a physician’s assistant and maybe play club volleyball.”

Finish the sentence: I would not have gotten through high school without…

“My sports teams because they create a family-like bond and I can go to them for anything.”

Funniest memory throughout ALL of high school that you can think of:

“Friday morning of Rock Rivalry Junior year when JC said a joke perfectly and the audience reacted perfectly.”

If you could give one piece of advice to the underclassmen, what would it be?

”Take advantage of every day to have fun.”

What is something you will truly miss at ERHS after you graduate?

“I’m going to miss knowing every single person you walk past in the halls.”
