Meet Julia, a senior who has been part of The Gull for nearly six years! She is very passionate about writing, and enjoys writing anecdotes along with fictional stories, poetry, and informational articles. Her favorite subject is English and Science (specifically and strictly Biology), and she enjoys the rhetorical aspects of reading the works of others and writing her own. When she is not writing, she enjoys running, singing, drawing, reading, or volunteering. She is very passionate about helping others in her community, and it plays a very important role in her life. While she likes to stay active, she also enjoys participating in several other extracurricular activities such as Key Club, Art Club, Herstory, and Mock Trial. She also enjoys working with her friends during the summer and school breaks, as she feels most at home when she is around her friends and coworkers. Although she is sad that she is approaching her last year of The Gull, as she has been part of it since she was in seventh grade, she is very excited to see where her life will take her next!
