Meet Ava LaVolpe. She is a sophomore at East Rockaway High School. She has decided to join The Gull because she has a passion for writing and would love to be able to do more with it. Her favorite things to write about are poetry, fiction, literature, and any creative writing in general. Her favorite animal is a dog and she loves the color lavender.
