A Guide to Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in a Pandemic

Erin Lynch, Staff Writer

If you are Irish like me, you know how much of a big deal St. Patrick’s Day really is! It is a day of Celebrating our Irish Roots with our loved ones. Sadly, many may not be able to celebrate as we normally would because of Covid-19. Well, don’t fret lads and lassies, because I am here to help! I will share a few pandemic friendly ways to celebrate St. Patty’s Day.

St Patrick’s Day Charades: This activity is great because it can be done with family, a small group of people, or even over zoom or google meet! It is pretty simple but tons of fun. You will play charades against friends and family. I recommend splitting up into two teams because with too many teams it gets confusing, but you can do whatever you would like. One person from the team will act out the clues to the rest of the team to see how many they can correctly guess in rounds each 1 minute long. After you are out of clues see what team has the most correct guesses, and you have a winner!
